If you have a medical concern – particularly if you are considering going to Emergency or a walk-in clinic – please contact our clinician on call.

Longitudinal Family Medicine
Our family medicine team is made up of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and allied health care professionals. In addition to clinical care, we do home visits and visit our patients while they are in hospital.
Scope of Practice
Our Family Practice Physicians and Nurse Practitioners provide primary health care for clients across the age span. This includes diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, making referrals as appropriate, and performing medical procedures
Our Registered Nurses work collaboratively with the whole team. They perform routine procedures and direct patient care authorized by the primary care provider.
Fees for Uninsured Services
Fees in the Primary Care Department are charged for services that are not covered under the Medical Services Plan, such as sick notes and work/insurance. For our Primary Care Clinic fees, please click HERE.
