In-Person Required
Anytime a patient or provider prefers an in-person visit
Well baby/child exam, prenatal care
Procedures - biopsy, liquid nitrogen
Severe illness or cold/cough/flu
Child with fever
New pain – back, chest, abdominal, ear
Muscle/tendon/joint pain/injury
Language barrier
Rashes/skin conditions
These visits require a physical exam, procedures or immunizations, or are types of care best done in person.
